Improved the main menu. It looks & works better. That's about it.

- Selecting and deselecting properties now have slightly different sound effects.
- Added particle effects for when players leave/join.
- Changed visual effects for selecting properties.
- When you can't change/select something for a certain reason,
- Player cards are now ordered differently. 
- Fixed a bug where selecting a character and then quitting prevents other players from selecting that character.
